THE NEXT-GENERATION SMART OFFICE

From the ground upwards, SHFT is designed to be smart. Ranging from individual operation of rooms via an app, to keyless entry access control with a smartphone, to a workspace booking system, there is a multitude of smart use cases that can be implemented. In compliance with the planned Wired-Score Gold certification, connectivity at SHFT is outstanding. Fibreglass cabling provides fast internet connection, and mobile phone connection is available across the entire rental area.

Your digital security is also part of the standard configuration at SHFT. The redundancy provided by at least two independent fibreglass connections in the building protects you from failures in data lines. In addition, the entire SHFT digital infrastructure is designed to provide a high level of cyber security. Smart also means that every detail has been thought of.

A BUILDING THAT THINKS FOR ITSELF

The building has a self-learning IoT platform with which it continuously adapts its operation to the actual usage. This includes presence-controlled workplace lighting and automatic climate control in your spaces in accordance with your employees’ preferences and needs. This system also has dashboards which offer you additional potential for optimisation, because SHFT uses many sensors which comprehensively monitor energy consumption.

These data are collected anonymously, but processed in a way that enables you to derive targeted measures that can be applied to further reduce consumption during ongoing operation. CO2 emissions arising from operation of the building can also be identified and used, for example, for your ESG reporting. The monitoring data can also be used for optimisation of the building. For instance, you can create usage analyses for your rental spaces, and adapt cleaning cycles to existing needs.

A VERSATILE USE ON TWO LEVELS

SHFT encourages an athletic start to the day. Those who come to work on a bike, or choose to jog here, can find showers and changing rooms right next door to the bicycle room. In the underground garage, it is also possible to install charging stations for electric cars and bicycles in order to promote e-mobility.

SHFT offers its tenants flexible space for individual development on each floor. For example, the office spaces of the basement are connected to those of the first floor via a staircase. The ground-level, generously landscaped outdoor area is a visual highlight and can be reached in just a few steps.
